New Study Launched Into Strangely Specific, Repetitive Gym Image

A recent focus study conducted by the ABS has shed light on findings related to unexpectedly ripped women staring into mirrors over weight racks, often in black and white.

The groundbreaking new study is truly the first of it’s kind, and the findings certainly are intriguing says social media expert and self-taught fitness guru, Sally Merton. This study found that following multiple quote and motivation type pages on Instagram combined with a sound diet, was just as effective as a rigorous resistance training regime.

Whilst it was previously thought that a steady and well thought out exercise regime was needed to achieve notable levels of fitness that could propel one to the status of “instafamous”, it turns out that consistently viewing this same not very creative + strangely specific picture can be just as effective.

“The increase in LBM was astounding from our initial results” said Merton, “these types of images will likely be banned soon, get in whilst you still can”.
