We want you to eat the appropriate calories for your body. There’s no starving and no binge eating. If what we offer you feels like too little or too much, eat a bit more or eat a little less!

Drink plenty of water! Hydration can significantly influence your ability to stay sharp.

Monday-Friday, we’re going to stick to mostly natural foods. By natural I mean that they don’t have an ingredients list, it comes from an animal, a plant or in the ground. Why? Because the stretch receptors in our stomach like food volume and natural foods have far less calories per gram than processed food, which means you get to feel fuller! They also contain far more micronutrients to ensure our internal machinery works appropriately.
