First, you will need to head to the ‘training’ tab, where you can pick from one of our many different training plans to complete. Select one of these plans, and choose which dates you will train.
Once selected, these workout days will be added to your calendar (marked with a light grey circle). To view, simply tap on the date you would like to view the training plan for and move the slider in the middle of the page to ‘Training’. When you see your program card appear, tap on it, and it will bring up your workout for the selected day.Back to Articles
