We want you to enjoy the weekend, thats what life is all about. Just ensure your decisions on Saturday night don't disrupt the pathway to your goals. That means have a beer, but if your still hungover Monday, you probably need to reassess.

Social health is important. Feeling part of a group is innately human. Make sure you are spending enough time around your friends and partner. Isolation, regardless of its cause, can cause all types of mental health issues. It's important to not get so caught up in your job or activity that you stop enjoying quite time with your friends.

Get a job you enjoy, there's no such thing as 'work-life balance'. Life doesn't stop whilst your at work, so you might as well enjoy yourself. Human beings are born to solve problems, it actually makes us really happy, so get out there and solve something!

Pick your circle carefully. The old saying that you are a reflection of the 6 closest people around you is true more often than not. If the person you want to be isn't reflected by those around you, it's time for some hard truths.
