Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccine Carbonara: The creamy fan favourite!
Boil 5L of water before adding a pinch of salt and the fettuccine. Allow the pasta to boil for 10 minutes before draining.
Place the chicken breast in a large pan on high heat.
Once the chicken is almost cooked through, add the mushrooms and spinach and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat slightly and add the Dolmio carbonara sauce. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
Split the pasta and sauce mixture evenly into your containers.
