Pork with Cous Cous: A mouthwatering pork dish with a sweet twist.
Bring a large saucepan to medium heat, add four cups of water and cover until boiling.
Meanwhile, add oil to a frying pan over medium/high heat and add the pork with the garlic, sprinkle with salt & pepper for extra flavour. Cook for approximately 6 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Bring saucepan heat down to a low simmer and add the cous-cous, stirring frequently to avoid sticking to the pan. Turn off heat and add the spinach, capsicum and cranberries. stir to combine.
Place broccoli in a microwave safe dish with a dash of water and cook on high for 5 minutes. Add to the cous cous mix.
Serve cous cous with a side of pork, enjoy!
